Orthopedic Bodywork:
Also known as medical massage, this session will focus on treating myofascial and musculoskeletal issues and injuries. I use advanced techniques based in myofascial release to restore function, relieve pain, and promote healing.
This session will be tailored to your specific bodywork goals, whether you have a specific issue you'd like to focus on, or if you'd like a more relaxing full body session, this is the choice for you.
Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy:
This session is supportive to your nervous system, and can be deeply relaxing, it can also be powerful in its ability to release stored trauma. It is a series of still-point holds that are guided by your body, and what it is asking for in that moment. I work with the inherent health of your body to resolve any issues or traumas being stored in your fluid systems.
